About Us

Meet August Omot, Owner || Lead DJ

Hello! I was born in South Sudan and came to the US as a refugee when I was five years old. I was raised by two very hardworking parents, and I knew at an early age that I wanted to start my own business some day to give back to my family and my community. I have a total of six brothers, giving this business the name "Seven Brothers!" I attained my bachelor's degree in communications in 2017. I picked up a DJ board in early 2020, got connected with a mentor in the industry, and started doing weddings that summer. I have been blessed to have do 50+ events since 2020, and I would be honored to celebrate your special day with you. 


I share this business with my beautiful wife of night years, Grace, and we are inspired by our three little girls. Our little ladies love to help me create new mixes in our studio. 


I am a people person and thrive as an extrovert. Let's connect - even if you go with another DJ, I would love the opportunity to get to know you and hear about your story!
